LOVE STORY: WHEN THE EYES SAID IT ALL.... Me and Billy were working in hotel as customer
care executives. He is very handsome and intelligent. I used to call
him Bill. One day Bill was on his desk. One guest entered the hotel
and went straight to him. Bill informed him that there is no trace
of reservation confirmation. The guest got annoyed. Bill left the
desk saying “ I am very sorry” looking rather bored as
if he had said those words twenty times that evening. He guest shouted
like any thing. Suddenly I heard Bill started crying. He was asking
his fault. |

We have even decided to get marry. At weekends we go to a river near by. One thing is definitely changed, his behavior. He does not loose his temper. He is now a perfect Customer Care Executive.
